I'm a support engineer in Ann Arbor, Michigan. By day I untangle problems for customers. The rest of the time I build small tools like crtcolor, rebuild '90s software for the browser, and make things for people who miss beige computers.

Where I've worked
I got my start at Vimeo right out of school. Then I helped start and scale product and support at VHX, a video startup Vimeo acquired in 2016. After the acquisition I spent two years building out Vimeo's OTT support team. Next came Bitmovin. Since 2020 I've been at FullStory, where I'm a Principal Support Engineer and build internal tools with AI.
